Customer Needs
Test boiler circulators on a random basis during acceptance and carry out R&D tests for the approval of new components.
The test must be carried out on pumps with specific mechanical interfaces and on fluids even at temperature.
Solution
A compact test bench has been developed with quick-release jigs. The system is a closed-loop system with on-board pressurized tanks. Electronically controlled valves allow for automatic PQ curves; a resistance heater brings the fluid temperature to the desired level for testing. The test bench significantly saves time during acceptance and development testing.
