Customer Needs
Performing all electrical safety and quality tests and forming of winding heads with a single device with a test time of approximately 8..10 seconds
Solution
We have developed a dual-station test bench with non-simultaneous operation.
A cradle with a pneumatic forming and wrapping system is mounted on each station. A rack column contains All the instrumentation , together with the PC and the electrical part . All the results are transmitted to the external server. Production analysis software based on a local database has also been integrated.
