Customer needs
To have an increments of production capability and improvements of quality of product, mantaining the flexibility of a semi-automatic production line that means to produce several kind of codes of similar fans, changing, for example, by motor size or impeller size.
Solution
We have developed a one-piece-flow production line with complete treceability on the single stations and and controlled by a server that can manage recipe for assembling and test of step-by-step stations. It is possible to operate on this server by remote connection and to analyze production flow and quality in real time. The production line can produce also the electric motor alone.
