Customized taping system, adjustable in size, up to 2 m long and 0.5 m high. The machine is equipped with a handling system that returns the box to the front for easier handling and palletizing by the operator.

Safely and ergonomically taping packages up to 2 m long and 0.5 m high. These dimensions must be adjustable and verifiable from the factory information system to which the machine is interconnected.

Solution

Assembly equipment was created according to the customer’s requirements, and therefore highly customized, using commercial taping units mounted on a specifically designed structure and controlled by a PLC, which in turn is connected to the factory information system.
