Have an automatic assembly system capable of being self-powered and assembling the roller assembly of a peristaltic pump with a takt time of approximately 6 seconds
Solution
System built using a rotary table that can be equipped with multiple stations , material supply via hoppers, and dedicated transport systems. The system is controlled by a PLC-PC capable of communicating with the factory information system.
