Customer Needs

The customer, operating in the bicycle and e-bike components market, needed a flexible device to perform tests as recommended in the ISO4210-3 standard.

Solution

We have developed a custom test bench for the customer with rollers driven by an electric motor and inverter, controlled by a PLC and industrial PC. The frame can be configured to test various: loads (with simple weights), lateral inclinations, wheel diameters.
