End-line testing system for Water+CO 2 tank

Customer needs:
Having a system for measuring and controlling the quality of the tank for water and CO 2 (to mix them together), for a safety valve of the same tank and for other components similar to distributor. The re- quested performace is very challinging (about 0,5cc/min for 3 liters tank).
Solution:
Measurement system with bells working with vacuum when tanks are in testing for leakage and with configurantion that changes automati- cally when the test shift on safety valve. The test system is designed in order to do not change jig for distributor leakage test. The test bench is designed also in order to be ergonomic and intrisically safety.
