Customer needs:
The customer is a leader in the production of diaphragm metering pumps. For the end-of-line testing upgrade, it required a double-sta- tion bench capable of precisely measuring the flow rate of the range of diaphragm pumps at established downstream backpressure values, integrating with the relevant electrical measurements.
Solution:
We have developed a test bench tailor-made for the Customer with the possibility of simultaneous operation of the two stations. The flow rate measurement is carried out by measuring the volume of water in a cylinder using a high-precision magnetic scale, with time synchronization achieved using a real-time data acquisition system.
