Customer needs:
Customer is a leader in the production of transmissions for automotive. He requires to be comply to many specs from hes customers, according to range of test temperatures, speed profile vs time, inertia of pulleis.
Solution:
We developed a Customer tailored test bench integrated with climatic chamber. Mechanical and control solutions was developed preliminarly with dynamic and structural simulations. Some of high dynamic test required the development of custom made electric brake in order to reach specs (ex. To stop pulleis and belt in few ms).
