Customer needs:
Having a system for measuring and controlling the quality of the various models of motorcycles produced, with reproduces the tests they carry out on the road. The system must be located outside the factory and must be transportable to another factory, if required.
Solution:
Measurement system located in a structure with independent sound-proof cabin. The test system, base on a single multifunctional station in which all tests are carried out, is able to reproduce motion on a straight road trhough a double roller strasmission system with automatic wheelbase adjustment based on the motorcycle model.
