Customer needs:
Customer is a leader in the production of motorcycle and e-bike and its needs are to test OEM e-bike power train, to do benchmarking on real condition without to employ human testers with a real complete e-bike.
Solution:
We developed a Customer tailored test bench with simulation of action on pedals (by mathematical modellization of that), with simulation of air cooling by fan with its speed correlated to air velocity and with all data acquisition management of variable listed in the features description.
